individual talk therapy
We work one-on-one with you in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. Sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each person.
Family reunification therapy
Family therapy that aims to reunite or reestablish a relationship after a period of separation, usually between a parent and child.
Group Therapy
This involves a group of individuals engaging in therapeutic exercises under the direction of a mental health professional.
Divorce counseling
This type of therapy helps couples address conflicts to understand if either partner wants a divorce and/or how to move forward after a divorce.
Family therapy
This is a form of talk therapy that focuses on improving relationships among family members. Typically, multiple family members attend each session.
Co-parenting counseling
This focuses on communication skills, conflict resolution, or creating a co-parenting plan with two people who share child(ren).
