WHO WE HELP

adults

We help adults who come from all walks of life. Whether you are someone who is navigating the impact of childhood trauma on life in adulthood, or you are simply looking to balance the high demands of work while keeping it from interfering with other areas of life. We recognize that each person’s lived experiences are vastly different and that these experiences make you unique. Our goal is to understand you and to provide you with the tools and resources to live in the most meaningful way.

children

Children learn through observation, experience, and direct instruction. At times, they learn and practice things that are maladaptive. As parents, the mental health of your children is a top priority. If you find that your child is struggling with a behavior that is concerning, it may be time to reach out for help. We can help you identify potential problems while normalizing symptoms that are typical in some situations. Mental health conditions in children are treatable and respond best to early and targeted intervention. We have ample opportunity to equip kids with the skills they need to be successful, well-rounded adults. Many of our providers have specialized training in child and educational psychology and work with a variety of concerns that arise during childhood.

teens

Teens may be reluctant to pursue mental health services. They may not be comfortable trusting adults with helping them make sense of their ever-changing worlds. Our providers are trained and highly skilled in engaging teens & young adults, and in co-creating a safe place that they feel comfortable being vulnerable.

parents

Parenting is tough enough when you’re on the same page, let alone when you’re not. Whether you’re together, separated, or ‘it’s complicated’ - your primary concern is getting it right for your kids, and collaborating to give them the best foundation for their future. Many of our parents share a goal of raising their children better than they feel they were raised. We help clients rise above their differences, and successfully co-parent as the united team their children deserve. We work collaboratively with parents to evaluate parenting strategies and family dynamics making the ‘hard stuff’ a little easier.
